****** Paralysis: Fear VS Physical ******
by chuuyikes
Summary
Chuuya and Dazai are sent out on a mission together, as always. They
act as though they don't care about each other, but it's definitely
proved that Dazai would do anything to keep Chuuya safe.
A fic where Chuuya is hit by a paralysis gift and Dazai is unable to
     reach him.
WARNING: This contains rape and canon-typical violence. Do not read
if you're sensitive to either of those things. Thank you!
Notes
I hate being mean to them, but I also live for hurt/comfort and rape
recovery fics :'). This is actually kinda super bad and I'm not proud
of it, but I kinda like how it turned out. I'll probably post another
soukoku oneshot tomorrow, as I have a lot of ideas for them. This was
based off of one of xxxketches (tumblr)'s non-con BNHA posts. I hope
you enjoy this, but I don't have much else to say. Read at your own
     risk!

Dazai Osamu was not one for taking orders. He was used to vaguely following the
general mission, but going off on his own. He was always right, so what was
wrong with it? Today, they were sent off to deal with some thugs. Apparently,
they were causing issues and making it hard for people in surrounding buildings
to sleep at night. Why Mori had sent them to deal with such a minimal issue,
Dazai had no idea.
“Does Chuuya see anyone?” Dazai practically chirped, continuously moving around
behind his shorter partner. Chuuya looked behind him and clicked his tongue
disapprovingly, but he shook his head anyway.
“Maybe they already fled,” the redhead offered, but he didn’t look convinced.
He took a few steps forward, and Dazai watched where his feet landed every
time.
“They wouldn’t have.” Dazai said, his one uncovered eye roamed the abandoned
buildings around them. They’d been sent to a section of the old port buildings,
ones the Port Mafia hadn’t taken over. It was getting to be late in the
evening, and the sky was quickly getting darker. Maybe they didn’t come out to
play until night. They were sent to deal with people who caused issues after
dark, after all.
Chuuya said nothing as he gracefully hopped down the rubble, Dazai following
suit. A few of the smaller bits rolled and hit the cement, clicking against the
hard surface. Dazai glanced behind himself and grimaced, reaching out to push
Chuuya out of the way. As he braced his hand on the small of his back, Chuuya
growled and slapped his hand away. Dazai merely put his hands up in surrender
as a large chunk of cement slammed into the back of Chuuya’s legs, effectively
knocking him on his rear.
When Chuuya opened his mouth to yell at Dazai, Dazai quickly slapped a hand
over his mouth. Chuuya made a noise of complaint but quickly quieted when he
heard footsteps. Dazai crouched down next to him and pulled him closer so
they’d be out of sight, nestling him and Chuuya between the rubble and the
wall. Chuuya stumbled a bit, grasping Dazai’s jacket tightly to stop himself
from losing balance.
“I heard something,” someone said, clearly a male. Chuuya’s grip on Dazai
tightened, but Dazai ignored him. “No one is supposed to be here yet. We told
them the earliest they could show up was nine, right?”
“Right,” the second voice said, this time a female. She couldn’t be older than
fifteen, the way her voice sounded. “Boss told us to eradicate trespassers.”
Chuuya shifted his position, knocking several rocks from their precarious
positions in the rubble. His eyes widened slightly and he pushed Dazai’s hand
away from his mouth; it had never moved on its own. “Shit,” he hissed, going as
still as he could.
Dazai cursed loudly before shoving Chuuya out of their hiding spot, following
after him. Chuuya growled at him, but went silent when Dazai’s hand landed on
his shoulder. “Hi,” Dazai said blankly, holding Chuuya in place. Chuuya pried
at his hand but it stayed where it was, so he eventually dropped his hands back
to his sides. His partner was obviously wary, but there were only two people.
“Trespassers,” the woman said, tilting her head slightly. Her and Chuuya’s hair
were similar in color, but her’s was long and silky. Chuuya’s was always
tangled, slightly curly, and uneven. Her lips were colored a deep red, which
was normal, but her eyes matched her lips. It really threw Chuuya off.
“Tsuzuku Fumiya,” Dazai said, the name rolling off his tongue before he could
stop himself. Chuuya glanced up at him, but quickly cut his gaze back to
enemies ahead of them. “Paralysis ability, right?”
Chuuya looked between them as Fumiya tapped her chin with her index finger. Her
nails were long and red, as was her kimono. Everything was red with this woman.
“Mm, I’m trying to remember you, darling. Did we meet?” she asked, taking a
step towards them.
Chuuya felt Dazai’s fingers twitch on his shoulder, as though he was tempted to
reach out and stop her ability before it was even in use. “I don't recall. We
were warned about you,” Dazai stated, taking a step back and pulling Chuuya
with him.
“Oh?” she asked, her plump lips curving into a menacing smile. “That’s
flattering. Mori is cautious of me, is he? You’ve got the name right, just a
little off on the ability.” she murmured, quickly moving closer to the two of
them. The closer she got, the taller she seemed. She had at least an inch on
Dazai, which honestly stunned Chuuya.
The woman was graceful and beautiful, and all of her movements enchanted Chuuya
further. It didn’t even cross his mind that that could be her ability, but it
seemed to be affecting Dazai, too. Of course, his ability only allowed him to
nullify abilities if he were touching a person, but generally people would have
to be touching someone for their abilities to be activated. Chuuya saw Dazai’s
eyes widen slightly, his bandaged arm reaching out for Fumiya.
Chuuya felt his legs go weak, the sensation of pins and needles quickly
spreading through his limbs. Dazai’s fingers had managed to clasp Fumiya’s
wrist, but clearly she wasn’t the one responsible for Chuuya’s sudden issues.
Chuuya could barely recall the faint brush on the shoulder Dazai wasn’t
holding, and he was surprised Dazai himself hadn’t noticed.
“Your ability.” Dazai said, “You don’t have to touch people for it to work.”
“Of course not,” Fumiya smiled, “That would be weak, would it not?” she said,
her hand slipping out of Dazai’s grasp. “I’m not weak, Dazai.”
Chuuya’s head was spinning as his entire body went numb, all strength leaving
his body. Dazai barely looked at him, but it was clear that he was now wary of
their surroundings. Chuuya should have known. They only saw the woman, which
meant the second person had gone somewhere. Of course they’d thought Fumiya had
the paralysis ability; no one had ever seen her partner, or been awake enough
to know it wasn’t her.
Dazai glanced over his shoulder went there was a faint pattering of feet, his
heart rate picking up slightly. Chuuya grunted slightly, putting all of his
effort into moving his body. An undignified shriek left his lips as hands
closed around his feet, suddenly tugging him away from Dazai. Dazai quickly
moved towards him, leaving Fumiya where she was.
When Dazai hit a solid wall, he blinked a few times. He braced his hand against
it, but it was completely invisible. He ran his hand along it, feeling the cool
energy. There were now three people in front of him; Chuuya and two thugs. One
of them was looking at his watch, moistening his lips. “Thirty minutes starts
now, boss. As long as he doesn’t touch me, you’re free to do whatever you want
with the redhead.”
Touching Rashoumon usually disabled it, but several of these people seemed to
need personal touch for their gift to be nullified. Dazai grimaced, his gaze
piercing Chuuya’s assailant’s. “You see, Dazai,” Fumiya whispered, her lips
suddenly next to his ear. “Your dear boss is playing with you.”
Dazai said nothing and gave no reaction. His face stayed straight and stony,
and he didn’t dare turn his gaze away from his partner. His tongue felt like
cotton when he saw lips languidly moving across Chuuya’s skin. Chuuya’s blue
eyes were hazy, but the panic was clear.
“You really shouldn’t screw around with someone and not tell them you love
them,” Fumiya’s breath fanned over his face, “How old are you two, mm?
Sixteen?” she murmured. “That’s a little young to be acting the way you do.”
Dazai found it harder to breathe every minute; what would happen to Chuuya in
the time Dazai couldn’t reach him? A small whine snapped him out of his
thoughts and he blinked his one visible eye a few times. He watched as Chuuya’s
jacket was slid off of his shoulders, hitting the dirty ground. Fumiya’s
fingers laced into Dazai’s hair, forcing him to keep watching. He could easily
escape the situation, but he wasn’t sure what would happen to his partner if he
left.
Chuuya made another choked noise as his shirt was slowly unbuttoned, his body
being held up by one arm around his waist. Dazai averted his gaze when Chuuya’s
bare torso was exposed, but quickly looked back. A loud growl emitted from his
throat when nimble fingers began undoing Chuuya’s pants, the redhead’s eyes
closing tightly. Dazai couldn’t possibly explain how badly he wanted to burst
through this ridiculous wall and slaughter these people.
For one, Chuuya was his territory and someone else was touching him. Two,
Chuuya didn’t want them to touch him, but they were doing it anyway. Dazai’s
face felt warm with the rage coursing through his veins, his breathing becoming
heavier. His hand dipped into his jacket and he quickly snatched the gun he
always kept with him. When he turned, Fumiya looked like she wasn’t expecting
his sudden movement. He slowly turned the safety off and pointed it at the
woman in front of him.
“I usually don’t kill women, but no one hurts Chuuya,” he breathed, his finger
pulling the trigger back. The gun jolted in his hand, but he kept a firm grip
on it. He watched, emotionless, as sank to the ground. There was a bullet-hole
in her forehead, blood quickly flowing out of it. Just for the sake of doing
it, Dazai unleashed a few more bullets on her.
When Dazai was satisfied with what he’d done, he turned back around. Bile
immediately rose in his throat at the sight of Chuuya, his body bare and
pressed back against a completely masked man. Fingers were quickly working his
partner’s cock, pulling little noises from Chuuya’s throat. Dazai’s lip curled
and he swallowed thickly.
“Twenty minutes left,” the other masked male said, his electronic watch casting
light onto his black mask.
“Enough to get a few climaxes from him, hmm?” he purred, turning his gaze to
Dazai. His lips curled into a malicious grin, “Your pretty little boyfriend
can’t move, but he can feel everything. Should I make it hurt?” he said, giving
his cock a sharp tug. Chuuya cried out loudly as ropes of cum shot from his
tip, but his pleasured noises soon turned into pleading whines. “He can make
noises, but his tongue doesn’t work properly. How beautiful, mm?”
Dazai’s eyes were glued to Chuuya as cum-covered fingers were pressed into his
mouth, effectively moistening them. He wasn’t too miffed by the finger-in-mouth
thing, until he figured out why he needed wet fingers. Barely exposed eyes were
locked on Dazai as his slick digits moved down Chuuya’s back. Two of them soon
sank into the redhead. Dazai only knew because of the low groan that left his
lips, his eyes fluttering shut.
Dazai almost thought he was beginning to enjoy the man’s touch, but then his
eyes snapped open and he made a noise that almost sounded like a complaint.
Dazai’s heart lurched when a sound that clearly showed pain left Chuuya’s lips.
His chest ached as he watched Chuuya’s body jolt slightly with the force of the
man’s fingers.
“You sick bastard,” Dazai growled, his fist slamming against the invisible wall
in front of him. Chuuya’s eyes cut over to look at him, desperate and scared.
Dazai’s heart beat quickly in his chest; this stuff wasn’t supposed to get to
him. He wasn’t supposed to react to this. He was usually cold and emotionless.
No one could scare him like this was scaring him.
He circled the wall, which seemed to be in the form of a dome. His eyes were
darting around, before it finally settled on a rock. When he pressed it against
the wall, it was met with resistance. When he threw it, however, it went right
through it. The corners of his lips were tugged into a smirk and he turned his
absolutely murderous gaze on the man who was keeping the barrier up. He pulled
his gun out once more, checking to see if the safety was on. When it wasn’t, he
pointed the gun at the masked man.
His exposed eyes widened and he tried to duck away from his fire, but the
bullet embedded itself in his brain anyway. Dazai see a faint shimmering, and
he stepped through the space that used to be a wall. Chuuya was quickly
released, dropping onto the cement roughly. As he was unable to catch himself,
he hit the ground without resistance. Dazai crouched down next to him and
wrapped his long coat around him, just to cover him for now.
Once his partner was effectively covered up again, he fired his gun in the
direction the man was currently running off in. “Damn it. I need to catch him,
okay? I have to disable his ability,” he said, quickly kissing Chuuya’s temple.
Chuuya made a noise of complaint; he clearly didn’t like the idea of being left
alone, and damn, Dazai didn’t like the idea either.
Dazai hesitated, but slowly let himself sink down next to Chuuya. “I’m going to
get your clothes back on,” he said, carefully removing Chuuya’s jacket. He was
obviously cold, and he’d been scratched up when he hit the ground. Dazai tried
not to make contact with Chuuya’s bare skin, as his partner jolted whenever he
did, but it ended up happening a few times anyway.
Once he was completely covered up, Chuuya made an unresigned noise. Dazai
stroked his fingers through his hair as he called one of their doctors back at
the HQ, telling them to be ready to check up on Chuuya. He carefully scooped
him up, “I can’t believe I have to carry you. Chuuya is so helpless,” he
murmured, letting Chuuya’s head slump against his chest.
As soon as Dazai made it to the infirmary with Chuuya, one of the doctors that
usually took care of Dazai, took care of Chuuya. Dazai had gone back to his
room, as he’d been told it would take a while, but he had felt a slight twinge
of guilt. He flopped onto his bed, positioning himself on his back. He stared
up at his ceiling for a while, the recent events replaying in his mind. Had
they done that just to get to Dazai? It sure seemed like it.
Dazai sighed and closed his eyes, relaxing his back and letting his exhaustion
take hold of him. He never really fell asleep, only slipped into a sleepy
trance. It usually happened when he was alone, and it was usually when his
depressive thoughts surfaced. It was my fault Chuuya was in that situation. It
was my fault he had to live through that. I just watched. I could have done
something sooner. My fault, my fault, my fault, my fault-
The bed dipped under Chuuya’s weight, and it pulled Dazai out of his trance.
“Chuuya,” he said, sitting up suddenly. His partner had a blanket wrapped
around his shoulders and he looked uncomfortable.
“I’m okay,” Chuuya murmured, moving into a lying position. He curled up on the
mattress, looking up at Dazai expectantly. The taller of the two immediately
laid down with him, holding him close to his chest.
“I’m sorry,” Dazai apologized, something he rarely did. Generally, he’d brush
off anything he’d done wrong, but he really felt like he owed it this time. Of
course.
Chuuya lifted his head to meet Dazai’s gaze, lying his cheek down on the pillow
so he was face-to-face with him. “Why are you sorry?” he murmured, stroking his
thumb along Dazai’s cheekbone.
“I just watched.”
Chuuya smiled slightly. “I probably wouldn’t have been able to do much in that
situation, either.” he said, before adding. “Doesn’t mean I’m not better than
you, vagabond.”
Dazai bit back a smile, pressing his lips to Chuuya’s forehead. “Of course
not,” he breathed, his grip on Chuuya tightening significantly. “I’ll protect
you next time,” he promised.
“I don’t need your protection,” Chuuya sniffed, wiggling closer to he could
nuzzle his nose under Dazai’s jaw. “But we can’t have sex for a while.”
“Understandable,” Dazai hummed, tucking his nose into Chuuya’s curls. There was
a comfortable silence between them, their legs subtly tangling together. Chuuya
was so small that he usually curled up against him comfortably, his hands
braced on Dazai’s chest. Right now, they were pressed together completely.
‘You really shouldn’t screw around with someone and not tell them you love
them.’
“Hey, Chuuya?” Dazai mumbled into his hair.
“Hm?”
“I love you.”
“I know.”
End Notes
I'm horrible at writing violence of any sort, but I need to practice
to get better so! I wrote some in a fic that I thought up in about
fifteen minutes. I am not proud of this, but it was a good way to
practice things I'm not familiar with.
